  • Are the activities supervised?

Yes, each of our activities are supervised by a trained guide. The level of supervision varies by activity.

  • What happens if it rains ?

We climb rain or shine! We don’t let rain slow us down one bit, and Treetop Trekking is totally safe in the rain. The only time we will put activities on hold  is if there is thunder and lightning, or really high winds. When this happens we close our activities until the bad weather has passed, and get everyone back up and going as quickly as possible.

If high winds or thunderstorms persist and the manager decides that activities can not resume, customers will be issued a rain check for the unused portion of their activity.

  • What payment options are available ?

You can pay for your climb by cash, debit card, Visa or Mastercard. We also accept cheques for corporate or school groups.

For groups of less than 20 people we require payment in full at the time of booking. This is most often done by credit card online or over the phone. For groups of 20 people or more, we require a 50 % deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of your visit.

  • Is Treetop Trekking open all year?

No, we do close for the winter. Our main operating season is from April until the end of October.
