We have many activities to choose from, both that do and do not include zip lines.

For 10 years Treetop Trekking has been welcoming school groups from the primary to post-secondary levels. We have many fun and educational activities that are sure to be a highlight of the school year for teachers and students.

Our special rates for school and camp groups ensure our programs are accessible to all.

We meet many Ontario Curriculum Expectations

During a day with us students of all ages will develop skills to:

- respond to new challenges

- participate and enjoy sustained physical activity

- set goals and solve problems

- communicate effectively

- contribute to their enjoyment of active living

- apply relationship and social skills as they participate in physical activity

 

Activities available for school and camp groups include:

- 3-hour Zip Line & Aerial Game Trek

- 1-hour Red-Tailed Hawk Observation Course

- 1-hour Blue Heron Zip Line Tour

- 2-hour Team Building programs

- GPS Rally

 

Safety: We are proud to meet OPHEA Guidelines. We use the best equipment in the industry, our staff training is second to none, and we are very proud of our excellent safety record!

 

Special School and Youth Camp Rate

School and camp rates are available for suitable groups any day except for Saturday's and holidays.

Please note that to ensure a good group flow, we require that there is one climbing chaperone or supervisor for every 10 students or campers. One chaperone or supervisor is able to participate free of charge for every 10 students or campers since their participation is required.

Who is eligible for the School/ Camp/ Scout rate?

As long as all the other stipulations listed below are met, this rate is available to:

  • Schools including post-secondary, home schools, official school clubs and school sports teams (clubs must be approved by the students union)
  • Scouts, Girl Guides, Cadets etc.,
  • Non-profit youth organizations (charity number required)
  • Youth sports teams and clubs (youth is under 16 years)

When is this rate available?

  • Any day except for Saturdays and Holidays

Other Stipulations:

  • Groups must be at least 20 people
  • For every 10 participants 1 supervisor is free (must still have at least 20 paying customers)
  • Free supervisor cannot be changed for a student
  • A 50% deposit is required
