Do the people who don't do the activity have to pay? Answer: No, they can accompany their group by following the trails below the courses. Do you have night courses? Answer: Yes, a minimum of 10 people is required. This activity also requires a minimum age of 16 years and must be reserved at least 2 days in advance. What clothing is appropriate? Answer: Sport clothing that can get dirty is recommended. Comfortable shoes such as tennis or hiking shoes are preferable. The rest of the equipment (harnass, cords, carabiners) will be provided on site. We loan gloves, but, the best solution is to bring your own (biking, gardening or work gloves). It is possible to buy gloves on site. Can we eat on site? Answer for Rawdon: Yes, the 'P'tit SHACK' is there to offer refreshments (juice, pop, energy drinks) and other hot and cold snacks. You are also welcome to bring a picnic. At the 'P'tit SHACK' you will have a good snack! Answer for Rigaud: At the reception in our chalet we offer energy drinks and bars to reward yourself for your efforts. Bring a lunch. Can children come to the park? Answer: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Do we have to make a reservation? Answer: Yes, You can reserve by telephone without delay, or by internet and wait for our confirmation. How long does each course take? Answer: We loan the material for three hours, therefore, you have that time, following the initiation to execute the courses. You are welcome to come early, before your reserved time to have lunch or to visit the forest by strolling along our trails. Do the guides follow us throughout the courses? Answer: No, there is a guide in each course to monitor the activities. The guide is available to answer any questions and to help you if there is a problem. The guide does not remain in the games, rather he or she stays on the ground unless help, or, a rescue is necessary. What are the hours of operation? Answer: Arbraska opens its doors at 8:30 and takes its last clients at 17:30 during summer in Rawdon. Arbraska opens its doors at 9:00 and takes its last clients at 17:30 during summer in Rigaud. Night courses are reserved to begin as night falls. What happens in the case of rain? Answer: The activities continue. There is no danger. In case of a lightning storm or violent winds, we ask our clients to come down from the trees and wait until the weather passes. We judge when it's appropriate to return to the courses. We will prolong the activities in case of interruption. If the activities cannot be resumed, we offer admission for another date. In no case do we reimburse admission totally or partially.
