Please arrive at Horseshoe Valley Resort half an hour prior to your scheduled climb and proceed to the first parking lot on the right by the white tent and golf carts where you will see a Treetop Trekking Parking sign. Please follow our signs; the walk will take you approximately 10-15 minutes.

There is a mandatory Training program all climbers must complete before progressing to the beginner and more advanced courses.

We do require that you arrive on site of Treetop Trekking no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled climb, failure to do so may result in missing your reservation and we can not guarantee when the next start time will become available, if at all.

Please wear comfortable climbing attire (longer shorts or pants) and running shoes or hikers, no open toe shoes are allowed.

Feel free to bring along a pair of sport style gloves, biking or gym gloves work well (anything that is not too bulky and has a bit of a grip.) These are not mandatory and are strictly for added comfort, we also have inexpensive gloves for sale if you feel you need them.

We do sell water and sports drinks on site and we have an open area for leaving bags. Please do not bring valuables as we do not have secure lock up areas.

If you need to cancel your reservation 4 – 30 days prior, you will receive 50% of your money back.

If you need to cancel within 3 days or less of your scheduled climb, your deposit will be non refundable.
