Do Gift Cards Expire?
No, gift cards do not expire! Once they are loaded with the correct amount of money, they can be used at any time! Prices may change based on the time that a gift card is purchased so please inquire if you are unsure of how much money is on a gift card.
Can I load a custom amount onto a gift card?
Yes, you can load whatever amount you would like to put on a gift card! When creating a gift card, select the amount you would like to put on the gift card. You can also load the exact amount for a specific activity by creating a custom amount!
Can I purchase a physical gift card instead of receiving an e-gift card?
Yes, you can purchase a physical gift card by visiting one of our parks! Please call ahead of time in order to inquire whether the park has physical gift cards on site or not as availability is limited.

How to Redeem a Gift Card
Please note that a reservation is needed for all activities, and e-gift card numbers must be brought on the day of the visit.
- Book your activity online, using promo code: treetopgiftcard
- This allows you to make a booking with out paying
- Bring your eGift card with you when you arrive at the park
- If the cost of your booking is more than the gift card amount, you simply pay the difference when checking in
