A field trip favourite for more than 20 years, our collection of fun, safe outdoor adventures are designed to build confidence, leadership, and problem solving skills in children of all ages, elementary school through high school and beyond.

Booking Process for Field Trips

Create Your Initial Booking:

  • Begin the booking process by requesting a quote below
  • One of our Group Coordinators will contact you to finalize group details 
  • Book your transportation for the day

Fourteen Days Before Your Adventure:

  • The park will contact you for a 50% deposit on the booking and to update participant numbers 
  • Confirm if you will be completing Treetop Trekking's online waivers or approved informed consent forms

Two Days Before Your Adventure:

  • Confirm the total number of participants for each activity (on the day of we can only adjust the number by 5 people)
  • Ensure everyone has completed a waiver or approved informed consent forms

Day of Adventure:

  • Arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time 
  • All participants are required to wear closed toe shoes (no sandals or crocs)
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • Remind your students to pack water and snacks
