24 hours before the activity
We require at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled activity in order to reschedule free of charge. Please note that no refund or compensation will be offered in the event of a 'no-show' or cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity.
48 hours before the activity
You can change a reservation free of charge or obtain a refund by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the reserved activity.
If Treetop Trekking must cancel the reserved activity due to extreme weather conditions (thunderstorms or high winds), you will be rescheduled or offered a rain cheque. Please note that refunds will not be be given unless approved by the park manager.
