Customer Journey

Here is what to expect for your journey: 

  1. Make a reservation ahead of time
  2. Complete online waiver for each guest
  3. Arrive at the park 30 minutes before your start time and check-in
  4. Head to uplä at your scheduled start time
  5. Receive a safety briefing from one of our Rangers
  6. Use the remainder of your time to play in uplå
  7. After your activity visit our Treetop Shop to grab a souvenir or a drink and snack

Need to Know

Guest Requirements

To participate in this activity, guests must meet all of the following: 

  • Minimum age: 7 years old
  • Maximum weight: 250lbs
  • Pregnant women are asked not to climb up the courses for safety reasons
  • Must follow all safety rules

 

Adult Accompaniment

All minors must have an adult present in the uplå activity. The adult doesn't have to participate in the activity, but must purchase a ticket and be present in the activity area at all times. 

  • Ages 7-17 require an adult (18+) supervising them at all times (1 adult for every 10 youth)

There must be at least 1 adult paying as a participant to supervise any youth. 

What to Bring

Required: 

  • Closed toed shoes like running shoes (no crocs or sandals)
  • Long hair tied back
  • No jewelry 
  • Long pants

 

Recommended: 

  • Comfortable athletic clothing
  • Water
  • Layers and rain gear depending on weather

 

Other things to bring: 

  • Completed waiver (online)
  • Snacks and drinks (usually available for purchase)
  • Phone or camera to take pictures
  • Please leave all valuables at home or locked in your car

What happens in bad weather?

Our activities proceed rain, snow or shine so please dress for the weather.

 

If there is a thunderstorm, or high winds we may have to postpone your activity. 

 

Our policy is that we must go 30 minutes without hearing thunder, before activities can resume. In most cases the activity can resume that same day, but if this extreme weather continues, we may have reschedule you to another day. 

 

If you are concerned about the forecast on the day of your visit, please call the park directly, well ahead of time to discuss the options available. 

Reservations and Waiver

We strongly recommend that you make a reservation for this activity, because there are many days when we sell out, or don't have spaces available. 

 

Reservations can be made online using the 'Book Now' button at the top of the page. 

 

If you are booking for a large group of 10+ or if your group has special requests, please head to the groups page and fill out the request form.

 

A liability waiver must be completed ahead of each visit, for every participant in the group. Each minor must have a waiver completed for them, and signed by a parent or guardian. Once you have made a reservation, you will receive a link to the online waiver by email. Please forward this email to all group members.
