• Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they were purchased for.  
• Reservations are required for each visit.  
• If you cannot attend a reservation, you must call the park at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. Failure to cancel will result in a $10 no-show fee.  
• A waiver must be completed for each park and renewed annually.  
• A safety orientation is required at the start of each visit. Ask about Fast Tracking!  
• 2-Strike Policy: If a season pass holder fails to honor two reservations, they will lose their season pass privileges.  
• Season passes are valid only for the operating season in which they were purchased (typically April to October). No extensions.  
• Passes must be brought with you each time you visit.  
• Child-to-adult ratios apply: One adult must be present for every six youth under age 15.  
• Participant requirements:  
  • Discovery Pass Climbers: Minimum 5 years old AND 45 inches tall (114.5 cm). 
  • Aerial Trek Climbers: Minimum 9 years old AND 55 inches tall (140 cm), under 250 lbs. 
  • Advanced Courses: Minimum 12 years old, at least 60 inches tall (152.5 cm), AND have guide approval. 
• All sales are final.  
• Season passes cannot be purchased with a gift card. 

Season Pass holders must abide by the Season Pass Agreement

1. Create a  Reservation: A reservation is required for each visit.
2. Select Your Activity
   Click Book Now on the website.
   Choose the product that matches your Seasons Pass.
   Select your preferred date and time.
3. Roller Log In (Not Required)
   Log in using the email address used to purchase your Seasons Pass. 
   (Online accounts are linked to the purchasing email.)
   
   This will help speed up the process of booking as your user information will be saved for future visits
4. Choose Tickets
   For current Seasons Pass holders, select “Current Seasons Pass Holder”.
   For all other guests, select the appropriate ticket type.
5. Add Extras (Optional)
   Add any add-ons you’d like.
   (Please note: Some products may not be included in your Seasons Pass. Check the Seasons Pass inclusions for details)
6. Checkout: Click Checkout and enter your personal information.

7. Apply Your Pass
   Click Redeem Now under the discount section.
   Select Membership.
   Enter your Seasons Pass code and click Apply. 
   If booking for multiple pass holders, separate codes with a comma 
   [Example: PASS123, PASS456]

   Your code will remove the price for one participant & applicable add-ons for the activity your pass covers.

8. Important Notes
   The system allows one pass redemption per day.

   If you want to visit multiple parks or book more than one visit in a day, please contact the parks directly.

9. Arrival at the Park : Provide the pass holder’s name for photo verification.
