Introduce your little trekkers to a wonderful world of wooden bridges, tightropes, net walkways, mini ziplines, and more — all suspended in the trees, 3 to 5 feet off the ground. A family and birthday party favorite, this kids-only aerial adventure incorporates a handy carabiner system to help children navigate independently through the course, helping build strength, test balance, and boost confidence in your smallest explorers.

Our Discovery Kids Courses are a great activity for kids ages 5 and up who are looking for a fun and active experience that will test their balance, and make them feel like little super heros.
This adventure is very popular for families, birthday parties, school and camp groups, or any other youth looking to have fun in the trees.
This activity is recommended for:
-participants between the ages of 5-12 years old (minimum 5 years old required)
-participants between 45-60 inches tall (minimum 45 inches required)
-participants under 150 lbs (maximum 250lbs)
The above are requirements for the Discovery Courses, however we can accommodate older kids and adults who may not be able to climb the Zipline & Aerial Courses. Please don't hestitate to reach out to us to see if we can accommodate your group!

Challenge Rating
Our Discovery Courses are designed to be suitable for most young kids, and are typically 3-4 feet off the ground.
Although challenging for some kids, parents can walk along beside them, to encourage and lend a hand if needed.
With this activity we aim to give youngsters a little push, bring them out of their comfort zones, an help them see what they can achieve when they put their minds to it.
The Customer Journey
This activity lasts for approximately 1.5-hours.
Here is what to expect for your journey:
- Make a reservation ahead of time
- Complete online waiver for each child
- Arrive at the park 30 minutes before your start time to check-in
- Kids get geared up in a harness and helmet
- Kids use remainder of your time to climb through our various Discovery Courses as many times as they have time for
- After the activity, visit our Treetop Shop for a souvenir, grab a drink and snack, or relax and enjoy the surroundings
Birthday Packages
Plan an unforgettable birthday adventure with our Discovery Kid's Course birthday packages, available at most parks. Each package includes a 1.5 hour Discovery Course activity plus a reserved space for your birthday celebration.

Adult Accompaniment
All minors must have adults present in the park during their activities. The adults don't have to participate in the activity, but must be present in the activity area at all times.
- Ages 5-16 require an adult (18+) present on site at all times (1 adult for every 6 youth)
What to wear and bring
Required:
- Closed toed shoes like running shoes (no crocs or sandals)
- Long hair tied back
Recommended:
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- If wearing shorts, wear longer shorts down to knee
- Tight fitting gloves (usually available for purchase)
- Layers and rain gear depending on weather
Other things to bring:
- Completed waiver (online)
- Snacks and drinks (usually available for purchase)
- Phone or camera to take pictures
- Please leave all valuables at home or locked in your car
What happens in bad weather?
Our activities proceed rain, snow or shine so please dress for the weather.
If there is a thunderstorm, or high winds we may have to postpone your activity. Our policy is that we must go 30 minutes without hearing thunder, before our activities can resume. In most cases the activity can resume that same day, but if this extreme weather continues, we may have reschedule you to another day.
If you are concerned about the forecast on the day of your visit, please call the park you are visiting well ahead of time to discuss the options available.
Reservations and Waivers
We strongly recommend that you make a reservation for this activity, because there are many days when we sell out, or don't have spaces available.
The easiest and fastest way to make a reservation is online using the 'Book Now' button at the top of the page. If your group has special requirements, you can also book by phone, by calling the park directly.
A liability waiver must be completed ahead of time for each participant in the group. Each minor must have a waiver completed for them, and signed by a parent or guardian. Once you have made a reservation, you will receive a link to the online waiver by email. Please forward this email to all group members.
