Reignite what's inside.

Connect with your senses and immerse yourself in stillness as you go deep into the trees. Led by a certified Forest Therapy Guide, this rejuvenating natural experience will help you tap into a heightened level of awareness and relaxation, while relieving stress, balancing mood, and regulating the nervous system. Experience guided mindfulness like never before — and seal your practice with a wild herbal tea ceremony.

About This Experience

This specialty activity is offered to the public on select dates at various Treetop Trekking parks, or can be privately booked for small groups of up to 10 people at the park of your choice on your preferred dates.

The forest bathing experience begins with participants being guided into deep connection with their senses before being offered invitations to engage in conscious, contemplative immersion in the sights, sounds, and smells of nature. After each invitation, we will gather in council with an opportunity to share a few words in response to prompts like “what are you noticing” and “what is alive in your right now?” The experience culminates with a wild tea ceremony where participants will have the opportunity to sample an herbal tea made from local, wild foraged plants.

Forest bathing is a guided individual practice, where groups of up to 10 participants walk together, while immersed in their individual experiences during invitations, coming together in council after each invitation to share in community.
