Are there restaurants in the park area?
Most of the parks do not have restaurants directly in the park so we recommend that you bring any food that you may need with you. Most parks do sell drinks and snacks. Our staff can always recommend restaurants near by if you ask them!
Can I bring my own climbing equipment?
No, customers must use our gear as it is regulated by the TSSA and is checked and cleaned daily.
Can I take my dog into the park?
It's usually best to leave your dog at home, but quiet, well-behaved dogs, that are on a leash are permitted in some areas. We do ask that a non-participating adult always remains with your dog, and it never really works for several participants to take turns watching a dog. Please keep in mind that some people are not comfortable with dogs and may be asked to leave the area if people are not comfortable. Please note that dogs are not permitted in Treewalk Village or uplå, and you are not allowed to carry your dog on any of our activity features. If you or someone in your group has a support dog, please call us to discuss special arrangements so you can enjoy your visit.
Do I need gloves? If so, what kind?
Gloves are recommended for the Zipline & Aerial Game Trek as well as in the Discovery Course. We usually sell gloves on site if customers are interested, but you are welcome to bring some from home. Tight fitting gloves like a cycling glove, or simple gardening gloves will do the trick!
Is a ticket required if I want to watch my friends/family climb?
This depends on the activity. For the Discovery and Zipline & Aerial Game Trek, one does not need to purchase a ticket to watch. For Treewalk Village and uplå, tickets are required as the area is enclosed in a fence.
What are the customer requirements?
This depends on each of our activities: Discovery climbers must be 5 years old and 45 inches in height while people for the Zipline & Aerial Game Trek must be 9 years old and 55 inches in height. Customers must also be under 250 lbs to climb and must fit into our harnesses. Waivers must be filled out for each individual participating as well.
What equipment is provided?
For most activities a climbing harness and a helmet are provided and will be secured by a staff member on site. Please wear closed-toe shoes. Gloves are recommended and sold on site if needed.
What should I bring for my excursion?
For all activities, closed toed shoes like running shoes are required, and a waiver must be completed for each guest. We also recommend that all customers come with a water bottle and snacks for their activity. They can take breaks as needed. Sunscreen and bug spray are also advised but must be put on before getting harnessed.
When does the park open?
Our main operating season is from April until mid-November; however, some parks are open year-round. Opening times per park are based off their booking schedule so book in advance! Click the book now button for specific dates and times.
Where can I put my belongings?
There are picnic benches and cubbies around the parks, however, we recommend that you lock any valuables in your car as we are not liable if anything is stolen. We cannot hold items in our office as well.
What happens if there is bad weather?
We do climb rain or shine, but in the case of thunderstorms and high winds, we must close the park down for a minimum of 30 minutes before we can deem it safe to resume climbs. If it is not safe to resume activities, rain cheques will be offered, or guests will be able to reschedule their booking(s) at the office. Please dress appropriately for the weather and check the weather ahead of time if you wish to reschedule.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice to cancel a booking and 24 hours notice to reschedule a booking. Please call or email the office to do so!

Can I add a spot to my reservation last minute?
